Bounders Trip: September 21 for 7th Graders

Bounders Sudbury River Canoe Trip for Grade 7
Friday, September 21, 12:15-7:30 pm
Max: 12
Fee: $90

We’ll spend the afternoon paddling on the Sudbury River where our group will hone the paddling skills that they will need if they choose to participate in our Bounders overnights in 7th and 8th grade. Learning how to maneuver a canoe in wind and waves is no small task for a young paddling team, but students who work hard are rewarded with the freedom to explore wild places that a canoe and paddle provide. Dinner is provided on this trip in the form of a river side picnic. This is a great option for students who are planning to be a part of the Bounders overnight progression, or for students who want to learn a skill that we can’t practice in Bounders Woods.

**Pick up 7:30 at Lincoln Campus

Bounders Overnight Trip: Oct 18-20 for 6th Graders

Bounders NH Overnight Trip for Grade 6
Thu, October 18 through Sat, October 20
Max: 14
Fee: $240

Our crew will venture to New Hampshire for two nights of fall camping on the North side of Mt. Sunapee. We’ll explore nearby mountains and lakes by day and in the evening students will be introduced all of the skills they’ll need to take care of themselves outside, be helpful in camp (cooking, cleaning and campfire skills) and have a good night's sleep. This trip is designed to welcome students into the Bounders way of camping and everything learned on this trip will help students as they continue to travel with Bounders trips through their Carroll career. Students who are new to Carroll and the middle school will find that this is a great way to kick off their year with a like minded classmates.

**Drop off 8:15 am and Pick-up at 1 pm from the Lincoln Campus
