In October, we celebrated our 44th Fall Festival! As is often (but not always) the case, we had the good fortune of a perfectly sunny and warm fall day. The mere mention of Fall Festival typically conjures memories of running around campus with friends, engaging in fun activities, and eating a variety of delicious food. But did you ever wonder what it takes to pull off this monumental event?
Following are some fun facts about the day that will give you an idea of all the six weeks of planning, love, sweat, and excitement that goes into Fall Festival. Samantha was recently selected to participate in a fellowship with Eye to Eye National, an organization devoted to advocating for students with learning differences, which she first learned about as a student at Carroll.
