Drop-Off & Pick-Up

Please find below the drop-off and pick-up procedures by school campus for School Year 2023-2024. Prior to school starting, please complete the Transportation Form (coming soon) to let us know your child's drop-off and pick-up plan.

Lower School Drop-Off and Pick-Up

Drop-Off

Student drop-off is between 7:30 am and 8:15 am.
Drop-off is at the gym entrance; students are greeted by faculty & staff and directed where to go.
Students who arrive after 8:15 am are tardy. Lower School students arriving late should report to the Lower School Administrative Assistant. A parent/guardian should escort the child into the building to sign the child in.

Pick-Up

Pick-up hours are from 3:10 - 3:30 pm (Monday - Thursday) and 12:10 - 12:30 pm on Fridays.
Cars may not enter the campus until 2:45 pm (Mon-Thu) and 11:30 am (Fri).
No child may be excused from school to be picked up early unless that child has a written note or the parent completes the Early Dismissal/Absence/Tardy form.
If your child rides with a transportation company and will not attend school that day, it is a parent’s responsibility to inform that company.
It is expected that all students not attending Extended Day or Friday Programs will be picked up by 3:30 pm M-Th and 12:30 pm F. If you expect to be later, please phone the Lower School Administrative Assistant (781-259-8342 & press 2) with your expected arrival time. Your child will wait in the Main Lobby.
If your child is going home with another child or a different driver on a given day, please complete the Daily Pick-Up Change Form.
Pick-up for Mon-Thu Extended Day is 4:45 pm
Pick-up for Friday Programs is 4:30 pm

Middle School Drop-Off and Pick-Up

Drop-Off

Student drop-off is between 7:30 am and 8:15. Students should not arrive before 7:30.
Students are dropped off at the gym.
Students arriving after 8:15 am, who are tardy, should report to the School Receptionist, located at the main entrance to the Storrow Building on the first floor, and must be escorted by their parent or guardian to sign in.
Please do not stop in the road to drop off students, as this is not safe for students or vehicles.

Pick-Up

Pick-up is at Needham Station from 3:10-3:30 (Mon - Thu) and 12:10 - 12:30 (Fri)
Cars may not enter the campus until 2:45 pm (Mon-Thu) and 11:30 am (Fri). Please remember while waiting for pick-up to stay to the right on the driveway in a single lane until you get beyond the Gym, then form a double lane of cars. Please turn your car off while you wait.
No child may be excused from school to be picked up early unless that child has a written note or the parent completes the Early Dismissal/Absence/Tardy form.

If you expect to be later, please phone the Middle School Division Head Administrative Assistant with your expected arrival time (781-259-8342 & press 1).

Pick-up for Mon-Thu Extended Day is 4:45 pm at Needham Station
Pick-up for Friday Programs is 4:30 pm at Needham Station
Not allowed: parking at the bottom of the exit driveway to pick up students or anywhere along Baker Bridge Road.
Please note: Walking home from the Lincoln campus is not permitted, as we do not have sidewalks that allow for safe navigation.

Upper School Drop-Off and Pick-Up

Drop-Off

Student drop off is between 7:30 am and 8:15. Students should be at school by 8:10 so they are ready for class at 8:15. Students should not arrive before 7:30.
All students should enter the building through the main entranceway (entrance near basketball court)
Students arriving after 8:15 am, who are tardy, should report to the campus administrator at the front desk.

Pick-Up

Pick-up hours are from 3:10 - 3:30 (Mon - Thu) and 12:10 - 12:30 (Fri).
Cars may not enter the campus until 2:30 pm (Mon-Thu) and 11:30 am (Fri).
No child may be excused from school to be picked up early unless that child has a written note or the parent completes the Early Dismissal/Absence/Tardy form.

If you expect to be later, please phone the Wayland Campus Administrator’s desk with your expected arrival time (781-259-8342 & press 3).

Pick-up for Mon-Thu Extended Day is 4:45 pm (please note the pick-up location for whichever program your child is registered)
Pick-up for Friday Programs is 4:30 pm at Needham Station on the LINCOLN campus.

Mon-Thu: 8:15 am - 3:15 pm, Extended Day until 4:45 pm
Fri: 8:15 am to 12:15 pm, Friday Programs until 4:30 pm (when available)
