Extended day programs are designed to provide enrichment, movement, and other activities for students after the school day ends at 3:15 pm on Mondays through Thursdays.

Open to all students in Grades 1-5
3:15 - 4:45 pm (please plan to pick-up by 4:45 at the latest)
Winter Session last day: Thu, February 16, 2023
Spring 2023 Session: Tue, February 28 through Thu, June 8
Max # of students: 35 students per day

Programming will offer rotating activities Mon-Thu that may include: sports and games, crafts, Legos, Bounders activities, free play, and more.

Registration is for the whole session (not week to week). Students can register for one day or multiple days per week per session.

Fees for the entire Spring session (based on # of days attending each week):

$170 for any 1 day/week
$340 for any 2 days/week
$510 for any 3 days/week
$680 for any 4 days/week

How to Enroll

Spring session enrollment opens on Monday, February 6, 2023 at (NEW TIME!) 7:00 pm EST.
Payment is required to secure your child’s spot in a program.
Registration/payment must be completed on the Blackbaud Tuition Management parent website. We strongly recommend you follow these step-by-step instructions.
Please note that if you do not receive a confirmation email from Blackbaud, your registration was not successful and you will need to try again or contact Blackbaud for assistance.
Registration is first come, first serve. Once the program is full, it will no longer be displayed on the Blackbaud Tuition Management parent website.

Every Friday, students are released at 12:15 pm. Friday Programs are designed to provide fun activities and field trips for students on most of these Fridays.

Price per activity: $55
See calendar below for dates when programs are available, students register for individual programs they want to attend
Please pack a lunch for your child and plenty to drink
Pick-up location: Waltham, Mamet Gym at 4:30 pm
No refunds or credit for trips your child does not attend (see "How to Enroll" section below for more info on this)

No refunds or credit for trips your child does not attend.
Refund/credit policy for 2022-23: When you sign your student up for Friday afternoon programs, you should be aware that you are making a commitment. Though we have allowed for refunds in certain extenuating circumstances (e.g. broken limbs), our published policy reads "no refunds or credits for trips your child does not attend." Unless you give more than 48 hours notice (by 8:00 am Wednesday for Friday programs), refunds/credits will no longer be issued. If your child is sick/absent on the day of a program, we cannot issue refunds/credits.
