How to Coordinate Transportation

This is probably one of the most compelling issues most new parents are faced with. For many of you, it's a long road to Carroll. In addition, we are aware you're juggling Carroll transportation with what is probably already a busy morning schedule.

In an attempt to assist parents with coordinating transportation, we've compiled a Carpool Resource and Family Contact List (sorted by town) which provides you with contact information for all new and current Carroll families.

Bus Information for 2025-26 School Year

Bus Schedule

There will be three bus routes for the 2025-26 school year:

Newton/Brookline/Chestnut Hill
Boston/Cambridge/Belmont/Lexington
Milton/Westwood/Wellesley

There is one morning run and two afternoon runs (3:15 & 4:45) of each route, Monday through Thursday, and two runs on Friday afternoons when there is after-school programming (12:10 & 3:30).

Morning Drop-off - from 7:45 - 8:10
Afternoon Pick-up - from 3:10 - 3:30
*After School Program Pick-up - from 4:30 - 4:45
Friday 1/2 Day Pick-up - from 12:10 - 12:30
*Friday Program Late Pick-up - from 3:15 - 3:30

We're aware there may be some juggling with your transportation plans over the course of the year. Please keep us updated!

If your child is going home with a different driver, not taking the bus, or has any change in how they are being picked up from school, please complete the Change in Daily Pick-up Form by 1 PM (Mon-Thu) and 10 AM (Fri). After that, please call.
