Co-ed Track and Field

• Coaches: TBA
• Practice and meets: Monday through Thursday
• Season: March 23 - May 28, 2026
• Track events: 50/100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1600m, 4x200 relay
• Field events: shot put, long jump, high jump, turbo jav
• Runners will need: athletic clothing (uniform shirt for race day), running shoes, water, snacks
• Schedule & Updates: Please refer to our athletic calendar (below or in our parent app) for updates on meet times and schedule changes. Pick-up times are also listed on the schedule.

Pick Up Information

• Practices & Home Meets: Lincoln campus (25 Baker Bridge Rd) at 4:45 pm
• Away Meets: Lincoln campus (25 Baker Bridge Rd), times indicated in athletics calendar below
• Please ensure timely pick-up after practices and meets, as coaches have other responsibilities and families to return to. Per the Parent/Student Handbook (Page 14):
  • A $35 late fee will apply for pick-ups between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM
  • A $60 late fee will apply for pick-ups after 5:30 PM

Transportation:

• Upper school athletes are transported to the Lincoln campus for practices and games; please notify coaches if your child will not attend practice
• Transportation is provided to and from away meets; Parents can take their child home from away meets, please inform the coach
• Late Bus Unavailability: The late Local Motion bus will not be available after away meets, as the team will return after the bus has departed. Track meets tend to run longer than other sports events. Students relying on the late Local Motion bus may miss several events. To ensure your child can participate fully, please arrange alternative transportation on meet days.

Uniforms:

• Track tanks will be provided and must be returned at the end of the season.
• No track uniform tanks will be handed out on meet day—players must remember to bring their jersey.
