Co-ed Cross Country

• Coaches: TBA
• Practice and meets are Monday through Thursday
• Runners will be running between 2-5 miles at practice; races are 2 miles
• Runners will need: shorts, t-shirt (uniform shirt for race day), running shoes, water

Pick Up Information

• Please be on time for pick-up! Coaches have other responsibilities after cross country.
• Practices: Lincoln campus (25 Baker Bridge Rd) at 4:45 pm
• Meets: Lincoln campus (25 Baker Bridge Rd) at times indicated on athletics calendar (below)
• Transportation is provided to and from away meets; Parents can take their child home from away meets, please inform the coach
• Students taking the Local Motion Bus will be able to take the bus from the Middle School for home meets and practices. They will NOT make it back for the bus for AWAY meets.
• Please note page 14 of the Parent/Student Handbook: We realize that every attempt is made to pick up students on time. However, should a ride home run late on a rare occasion, there is a fee for picking up your child after 5 pm. Families will be charged $35.00 for pick-ups that occur between 5 and 5:30 pm and $60.00 for any pick-up that occurs after 5:30.
