• Coaches: TBA
• Practice and meets: Monday through Thursday
• Season: September 8 - November 6, 2025 (No program on Thu, Oct 16)
• Runners will be running between 2-5 miles at practice; races are 2 miles
• Runners will need: shorts, t-shirt (uniform shirt for race day), running shoes, water

Pick Up Information

• Practices: Lincoln campus (25 Baker Bridge Road) at 4:45 PM
• Meets: Lincoln campus (45 Waltham Rd) at times indicated on athletics calendar (below)
• Transportation:
  • Upper school athletes are transported to the Lincoln campus for practices and meets; please notify coaches if your child will not attend practice
  • Transportation is provided to and from away meets; Parents can take their child home from away meets, please inform the coach
  • Bus Riders: For practices and home meets, students will be able to take the 4:45 bus; They will NOT make it back for the bus for AWAY meets.
• Please ensure timely pick-up after practices and meets, as coaches have other responsibilities and families to return to. Per the Parent/Student Handbook (Page 14):
  • A $35 late fee will apply for pick-ups between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM
  • A $60 late fee will apply for pick-ups after 5:30 PM

Important Notes:

• Parent Attendance: Parents are welcome to attend all meets and may take their child home afterward, including from away meets.
• Schedule & Updates: Please refer to our athletic calendar (on this page or in our parent app) for updates on meet times and schedule changes. Pick-up times are also listed on the schedule.
• Uniforms:
  • Jerseys will be provided and must be returned at the end of the season.
  • No uniforms will be handed out on meet day—players must remember to bring their jerseys.
