Carroll Math Summer Workshop

The Power of Progressions:

and Learning Mathematics”

Presented by Graham Fletcher

Monday-Wednesday, August 14-16, 2017
8:30 am-3:00 pm / 18 PDPs included

Description:  In this 3-day workshop, we’ll explore the power of the math progressions from kindergarten to 6th grade. Through the use of 3-act tasks and other high-yield activities, participants will deepen their conceptual understanding in the areas of addition and subtraction, multiplication and division, as well as fractions. We’ll identify ways to harness the power of the progressions as we examine where student understanding is, and how to keep it moving in the right direction.

Workshop Fee - $600
