Q. When does the enrollment process begin and when is the deadline?
The annual enrollment process is scheduled to begin during the week of February 6th. You will be informed via email. The deadline for enrollment is March 1, 2017.
The Admissions Office will send enrollment materials upon your child’s acceptance to Carroll. The deadline for enrollment is two weeks after acceptance.
Both returning and new families will:
Complete and electronically sign an online enrollment agreement in Aspen, our Parent Portal.
Pay the enrollment deposit in Smart Tuition.
The enrollment process is only considered complete (i.e. your child’s spot is secured) after both steps above have been performed.

Aspen username and password (each individual parent)
Smart Tuition username and password (each family)— see “Paying the enrollment deposit” section below for more details

We strongly encourage you to submit requests for username and/or password resets before the annual enrollment process begins since the volume of requests received could impact processing time.
Q. Who is required to sign the enrollment agreement?
We require both parents to electronically sign the online enrollment agreement, unless we have a legal document stating that one parent has sole financial responsibility. If there are special circumstances in your family that need to be discussed, please send an email to: email@example.com
Yes, a fully executed copy of the enrollment agreement will be placed in your student’s document folder in Aspen after the deposit is paid and all required signatures are captured.
Q. How do I pay the enrollment deposit?
The enrollment deposit must be paid directly to Smart Tuition on their parent website at: https://parent.smarttuition.com
Returning families—log in with your existing username and password (i.e. the one you’ve been using during the current year); instructions will be included in the email you receive when the online enrollment process opens.
