Carroll Is Opening The Doors To Our New Campus In Waltham!

We are excited to announce that on November 17th Carroll purchased our new campus.

We are extraordinarily grateful to the members of Carroll’s community who, in just three months, have collectively donated and pledged $4,000,000, toward our goal of $6,500,000. This is truly remarkable. We are inspired by our supporters who made Carroll a priority during this challenging economic climate.

Beginning in the fall of 2010, the new campus will be the home for our Lower School—the Beginning Readers program through the 5th grade. Over the next six months, we will be designing the layout for the classrooms, tutoring spaces, and office spaces; installing new carpeting and tile flooring; integrating the data and telecommunications systems for both campuses; and working with a consultant to design playgrounds.

Small class sizes, low student-teacher ratios, specialized tutorials, extensive teacher training, and commitment to proven instructional strategies will continue to be the hallmarks of our approach. And now we have the opportunity and the space to better serve our current population and to help a broader group of bright, dyslexic students who have had limited options to address their needs and realize their full potential. We anticipate that our student population will increase from 297 students today to 400 students over the next 3 years.

Thank you, thank you for your unprecedented commitment to our School.
