THE SCHOOL-BASED INTERNSHIP/ MASTER’S DEGREE OF EDUCATION
PROGRAM IN MODERATE DISABILITIES

The following are the Key Steps to take to learn more and to apply for the School-Based Internship Master’s Degree Program:

  1. Contact Angela Wilkins, Director of the School-Based Internship Program at The Carroll School at (781) 259-8342 ext. 3332 or at , to arrange for a visit to the Carroll campus, and to learn about the application process.
  2. Contact Beverly Malone, Director of the Teaching Training Institute at Buckingham Browne and Nichols School at (617) 800-2466 or at ;
  3. Complete the application for the School-Based Internship Program. Applications are sent to Angela Wilkins at The Carroll School, not to Lesley University. Click below for the appropriate instructions:

  4. As part of the Admissions process, all applicants seeking an initial license must submit either:
    • evidence of having taken the Communication & Literacy Skills MTEL or
    • evidence of having registered for the Communication & Literacy Skills MTEL
  5. Complete and send the application to Angela Wilkins, Director of the School-Based Internship Program, The Carroll School, 25 Baker Bridge Road, Lincoln, MA 01773.
