At Carroll we believe that teachers are lifelong learners and have the power to change the lives of students. Carroll offers in-depth programs that encourage and enrich the professional qualifications of teachers and tutors. The For Educators section of our web site describes the numerous dynamic teacher preparation and professional development opportunities at Carroll. The highlights include:

• GIFTT - The Garside Institute for Teacher Training;
• The Master’s Degree of Education Program in Moderate Disabilities - a collaborative, school-based program with Lesley University, The Carroll School, and Buckingham Browne and Nichols (BB&N);
• Engaging Professional Development Programs for Carroll’s faculty offered each Friday afternoon;
• The Carroll Center for Innovative Education - Designed to impact teachers and students outside Carroll through teacher training, workshops, and curriculum development.
