1. When do I need to make my gift to be sure it will be counted?
The Annual Fund runs from July 1 through June 30 of the following year. Tax deductible contributions may be made at any time during the year. To be sure your gift is credited for the year, it must be received by June 30.

2. Do you take credit cards?
Yes, we accept Master Card and Visa. You may call the Development Office at 781-259-8342 ext. 3036 to make your gift. Thank you.

3. What's an Annual Fund leadership gift?
Leadership gifts to the Annual Fund begin at the level of $1,000. Historically, these gifts provide approximately 10% of our annual operating budget. Many gifts are received at the $5,000, $10,000, $25,000 levels and more. This level of support sustains Carroll's commitment and focus to its mission.

4. Is Carroll eligible for matching gifts from employers?
Yes! Many companies match employee (and employee's spouse) contributions to schools. Human Resource personnel will tell you if your company offers a matching gift program and will provide you with the necessary forms to send to Carroll with your contribution.

5. How do I make a stock gift?
To make a gift of stock, call your broker with instructions regarding the amount of the gift, type of stock, and the number of shares. Please then notify the Development Office for instructions about transferring the shares directly into Carroll's account at (781) 259-8342, ext. 3036.

6. I want to remember Carroll in my will. How do I do that?
Remembering Carroll School in your will is a tremendous gift which will help build a secure future for the children and teachers of tomorrow. 7. When I make an Annual Fund gift to Carroll, where does the money go?
The Annual Fund is vital as a source of revenue supplementing the operating budget for current school operations. It helps enable the School to meet Carroll's commitments to its students, faculty, to increase financial aid, enhance its academic programs, and expand its technology resources.

8. Who contributes to Carroll's Annual Fund?
Our Board members lead the way every year with 100% participation. In addition, we are very fortunate to have a community of parents, parents of alumni, alumni, grandparents, and friends who are committed to supporting Carroll's mission, our teachers, and our students. Every gift expresses a resounding belief in the mission of our School.
