How to Apply

We're glad you're interested in Carroll School and look forward to helping you navigate the application process.

Carroll students are smart children with language-based learning difficulties who desperately want to succeed but who may not be in the right learning environment. Our application process is designed to help us, and your family, determine if our program is the right fit for your child. If at any time you need assistance, please don't hesitate to email us. We are happy to help.

Carroll School uses a web-based application system called Ravenna. Families new to the application process should create an account on Ravenna. Once you have an account, search for "Carroll School and Summer@Carroll" to start your application. If you are having difficulty creating an account or logging into Ravenna, please contact help@ravennasolutions.com.

Admission Process

The Admission process is rolling for all three schools: Lower (grades 1-5), Middle (grades 6-8), and Upper (grades 8-9). We review applications as we receive them and make admissions decision throughout the school year. However, after March 1st, applications will be reviewed on a space available basis as some grades may be filled by then. Please note: accepted and enrolled students start in the fall of 2024.

Our admission process is thoughtful and comprehensive. To that end, our process may vary slightly from family to family so that we may learn about each child more fully. For families interested in both our academic-year and summer programs, we now offer a combined application.
