Timeline & Forms
We would like families to be aware that there are two different timelines for the Carroll admission process; in the middle school, we have instituted an application deadline of February 15th for students rising into grades six through nine, while applications for students rising into grades one through five remains a rolling admission process.
Admission to Carroll’s Lower School is a rolling process which means that there are no application deadlines; we review and process applications as we receive them and place students in available spots accordingly. With that proviso, we encourage families to submit an application as early as possible as many grades are full by the late winter/early spring.
Admission to Carroll’s Middle School is driven by a February 15th deadline; we require applicants to grades six through nine to have completed an application and a school visit in advance of February 15th. We will then notify families of our admission decision on or around March 10th. Families will have two weeks to make an enrollment commitment if appropriate.

Once we have received a completed application, which includes an application and the necessary evaluations and paperwork, it may take the Admissions Committee up to six weeks to review the completed file. At this point, families will be notified if their child is appropriate for our program or not. You will receive confirmation via email once your file is complete.
