Carroll School prepares students to enter other academic settings and to advocate for themselves in a life of learning.
True to its mission, the faculty and staff work with students and families to help find the most appropriate school when a child is ready to transition. Our goal is to identify schools where the student can continue to grow, be challenged and successful, both academically and socially. Transition is a process involving teachers, parents, and the student. The Transition Director works closely with families and as a liaison between Carroll and the schools to which the children matriculate.
After Carroll, students attend a number of different schools. Some return to the public schools within their communities, while other students transition to independent day or boarding school programs.
