CREATIVE MOVEMENT
The Creative Movement/Yoga program explores the mind-body connection to strengthen the students' physical control and mental focus. The results are increased competence in their work and confidence in themselves as well as the opportunity to experience inner harmony and peace.
The class includes in a fun and playful way, an integrating theme, discussions, yoga practices (strength, flexibility, breathwork, relaxation), anatomy study, dance, and other movement activities to foster self-expression and teamwork. The approach is multisensory to appeal to as many different learning styles as possible.
